Proteomic identification of microorganisms by mass spectrometry (MALDI TOF), which allows the identification of a previously cultured infectious agent, including bacteria, fungi or mycobacteria, in less than one hour.
Rapid detection by immunochromatographic methods of an infectious disease antigen markers.
End-point molecular detection (PCR) of bacteria, fungi, viruses and parasites in several samples of high clinical value.
Molecular-based methods (quantitative PCR) for quantifying viral load of several viral agents of pathological interest.
