Regulations

The existing regulations in our country are extremely cautious concerning the protection and confidentiality of Medical Histories keeping.

Resolution 1995/1999 clearly indicates that a Medical History is a private document, subject to reserve, and third parties can only see its contents after prior authorization from the patients or, the cases provided by Law.
Law 23/1981 Medical Ethics Law.
Court Decision T-182/09 – Constitutional Court. Concerning deceased patients, as well as persons who are not in the capacity to authorize their relatives, due to their mental or physical state of health.

Please, come personally to do the process for obtaining a copy of your clinical history via e-mail or fax.
