Overview of the pre-admissions service:

Pre-admissions is the area in charge of validating authorizations directed to Fundación Valle del Lili for the provision of services under anesthesia: surgeries, some endoscopy procedures, diagnostic imaging, vascular intervention and nuclear medicine.

Requirements to access the service: Patients with a medical order who require surgical procedures or procedures under anesthesia.

In the pre-admissions department, we are responsible for conducting a comprehensive review of the authorizations of patients requiring procedures or diagnostic assistance, which must meet these criteria:

The diagnostic procedure or aid must have been indicated or prescribed to be performed on an outpatient basis.
Requires General Anesthesia or Sedation.
Have a clinical order requesting the procedure.

Authorizations from the insurer who will pay for the procedure

Guide to the Pre-admission Process:

Step 1:

Complete the Pre-admission Form Access and complete the pre-admission form on our platform. Verify the information before submitting.

Step 2:

Receive Confirmation Email You will receive an email confirming receipt of your request. This email will include instructions for the next step.

Step 3:

Prepare the Necessary Documents Prepare the following documents in PDF format: Medical Order Medical History Authorizations.

Step 4:

Send the Documents Reply to the email received using the button provided Attach the three requested documents Send the response.

Step 5:

Wait for confirmation. Our team will review your information. Within 48 business hours, we will contact you to inform you about the next steps.
