What does this specialty do?

Hepatology is the subspecialty of internal medicine and gastroenterology dedicated to the study, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases of the liver and biliary tract. The service provides comprehensive care to patients with acute and chronic liver diseases, including those requiring liver transplantation. Fundación Valle del Lili It is a national and international reference center due to its experience, high volume of care and handling of highly complex cases.
