Principal

Three psychiatrists specialized in child and adolescent psychiatry are part of the Service. It has the support of other psychiatrists specialized in eating disorders, neuropsychiatry and liaison psychiatry. We work in association with the Psychology, Pediatric Neurology areas and other specialties in charge of medical attention of children within the Foundation.

The Child Psychiatry service is focused on providing comprehensive and high-quality care for children and adolescents with mental disorders and their families. Since it is part of a high-complexity clinical service, severe cases of pediatric patients with medical-surgical diseases are treated, helping them to achieve a better and faster recovery.

The academic activity by medicine undergraduate programs and postgraduate courses in psychiatry and pediatrics ensure constant updating of knowledge and a good quality service.
